American Precast Refractories
can
install refractory castables in your detachable furnace components at the
APR facility. Steel shells are provided by the customer, and
shipped empty to our facility. Material, including insulation and brick
back-up are installed and then refractory is mixed and cast into the steel
shells. Various types of charging receiver spouts and pouring components
from different OEM furnaces can be done including:
Cast in Place Receiver and Pour Spout Shells
Receiver and Pouring Siphons
Pour and Recharge Enclosures
All cast in place at APR.
Different refractory castables from the
Allied Mineral Products, Inc.,
Matrix
Refractories Division, or
Chicago Fire Brick Division
product lines can be chosen, depending on the specific application,
including QUICK CAST®, MATRIPUMP, METAL KAST, L-CAST®, LCF, V-CAST®
and many others.
